Master Bedroom
The master bedroom on the second floor is light and airy, has a king size bed, patio door leading to a large sun terrace with views of the surrounding area, built in wardrobes and an ensuite bathroom with bath/shower, WC, bidet and hand basin.
2nd Bedroom
The second bedroom has twin beds, patio doors to front garden area, built in wardrobes and is adjacent to its own bathroom complete with shower, wc, bidet and hand basin. The second bedroom also benefits from access to the 2nd floor sun terrace.
3rd Bedroom
The third ground floor bedroom has patio doors with access to the garden, two full size beds, this bedroom has built in wardrobes and is also served by its own shower room complete with WC, bidet and hand basin.
All bedrooms have individually controlled air conditioning units.
Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, oven, hob, large fridge/freezer and dishwasher, and there is also a washing machine and tumble drier.
Dining Room
The fully equipted kitchen is complemented by a large separate dining room complete with large marble table and 8 dining room chairs, the dining room has a set of patio doors leading out onto the pool area.
Sitting Room
The villa benefits from a large spacious sitting room with sliding patio doors that lead out onto the pool area, the sitting room can be accessed from either the main entrance hall or from the dining room. The sitting room layout features a traditional Algarvian fireplace and marble floors. There is a TV providing numerous cable channels many of which are those found on Sky TV. You will also find UK DVD's catering for a number of tastes including small children.
Outside
The villa sits on a substantial corner plot in excess of 276 M². The main villa entrance is reached by descending a couple of traditional cobble steps. The kidney shaped pool and sun terraces are located to the rear of the property and boasts a large BBQ area which has a traditional Portuguese built-in BBQ and preparation area complete with sink and running water. The BBQ area also has an outdoor dining table and chair set which is located beneath a shaded covered wooden pergola, ideal for those lazy lunches in the company of friends and family.
Roof Terrace
The large 1st roof terrace affords a secluded pleasant and relaxing area. There is ample room for sunbathing, with a café style table and chairs set. The sun terrace can be reached from either of the 1st floor bedrooms or by private stairs leading up from the BBQ area. It is south/west facing terrace and is ideal for al fresco breakfasts, that first cup of coffee in the morning, or maybe the spectacular sunsets with a glass of chilled rose that will make the whole evening even more magical !
This spacious villa is very well ventilated throughout and provides a fresh and airy refuge from the heat of the Algarvian sun. Air conditioning/heating is also installed, making the property ideal for year-round breaks.

Parking is ample and freely available outside the villa.
